Payment Policies / Reservations:
We offer a low down payment of only 10% to ensure your place on the tour, including the hotel room, cabin on the cruise ship, domestic flight ticket, and travel-related services. The remaining balance must be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to the Tour Manager (Tour Operator), making your reservation a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy (Excludes high demand period)
The cancellation request must be sent via Fax or email to provide the company with confirmation that your reservation must be canceled. In the case of canceling your reservation, the following rate scale will be applied:

  • From the day of the reservation up to 61 days before your arrival, 10% of the tour price will be applied.
  • Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival, 25% of the total cost of the tour price will be applied.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival, 50% of the total cost of the tour price will be applied.
  • Between 14 and a day before your arrival, 100% of the total cost of the tour price will be applied.
  • Additionally, the additional costs and fees of domestic and international flights are subject to the terms and conditions of the airlines at the time of booking.

Cancellation at Christmas, New Year, and Easter:
In the case of canceling your reservation, the following rate scale will be applied:

  • From the day of the reservation until 61 days before your arrival, 25% of the total cost of the tour price will be applied.
  • Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival, 50% of the total cost of the tour price will be applied.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival, 75% of the total cost of the tour price will be applied.
  • Between 14 and a day before your arrival, 100% of the total cost of the tour price will be applied.
  • Additionally, the additional costs and fees of domestic and international flights are subject to the terms and conditions of the airlines at the time of booking.

Refunds:

  • The refund will usually be made to the same account using the original payment method.
  • There will be no refunds if there is no refund.
  • The refund will be made based on the original method of payment.

Accommodation:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two people sharing a room (double occupancy). Single-occupant rooms will be available for an additional supplemental fee. Hotels and small hotels are licensed to indicate the best quality and spaces and can be booked by establishing similar quality.

Published prices are exclusive rates and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Flights:

  • Domestic flights: We estimate the average price of flights with approximate times. Requests for flights of specific times or changes in reservations made in advance may cause changes in the total cost of the package.
  • International Flights: Preferential rates are available from your origin to any destination in which we operate trips, and your travel advisor will reserve the appropriate flight to match your scheduled itinerary at particular times and prices.

Responsibility
The company acts only as an agent regarding travel, whether by rail, cruise, plane, or any other mode of transportation. It assumes no responsibility for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularities to people or property as a result Direct or indirect of any of the following causes: Weather, acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or actions of these, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for additional costs.

Special Requests
Clients must inform the company when booking if they have any special requests. The company and its suppliers will try to satisfy this request, but since it is not part of the contract, the company will not guarantee to do so, including for the pre-reservation of seats. Suppose the company confirms that a special request has been considered or approved with the supplier or refers to this in the confirmation invoice or elsewhere. In that case, this will not be a guarantee to fulfill it. The customer will not be notified if that special request cannot be satisfied. The company does not accept reservations conditional on completing any special request.

Policy for Children and Children who share a room with their parents:

Policy 1: For packages, Nile cruises, and hotels.

  • Children under two years old: Free of charge.
  • Children under six years old: 25% of the total cost of the tour for one person.
  • Under 12 years: 50% of the total cost of the tour for one person.
  • All children over 12 will be considered adults.
  • If your travel package includes flights, an extra supplement may apply.

Policy 2: For sightseeing and land excursions.

  • Children under six years old: Free of charge.
  • Under 12 years: 50% of the total cost of the tour for one person.
  • All children over 12 will be considered adults.
  • An extra supplement may apply if your sightseeing tour includes domestic flights or ferries.

Tipping:
Tips express satisfaction with the exemplary services provided to you by the service personnel. We advise you to tip according to your desire. The service personnel will deeply appreciate this but is not required to do so.

Claims / Customer Service:
If you have any claim or complaint while you are at your chosen destination, please notify the company (Egypt Holiday Makers) immediately, as most problems can be resolved quickly. If you feel that this problem persists, call the Customer Service Manager while you are on your trip; after returning home, you should write to the Customer Service Department if you are still dissatisfied with the service you have received.

General Conditions of Use:

  • Minors under 18 years of age are prohibited from registering as a user on our website and are not authorized to make transactions or use our website.
  • If you paid for our products or services on our website, the requested details you are asked to send will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
  • Due to commercial regulations and policies, the cardholder must keep a copy of the transaction history.
  • We accept online payments using Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards in Dirhams, Euros, Dollars, or Pounds Sterling.
  • You will not have any dealings or give any services or products with any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or country sanctions according to UAE Law.
  • Multiple transactions/reservations may result in multiple postings to cardholders on their monthly statement.

Acceptance of agreements:
The contract established by the company accepts the Client’s reservation according to these reservation conditions, constituting the entire agreement between the Client and the company. Payment of a deposit or final fee by bank transfer or credit/debit card indicates that the trip participants have read and accepted all the terms and conditions and are abiding by them.
